We are an entirely volunteer-run organization, and we pay for our personal gear and vehicle expenses out of our own pockets so that we are able to respond 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in all types of weather. Alpine provides no-charge search and rescue services in some of Colorado's most visited backcountry areas.
